AOI Operator
About the job
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in AOI, optical visual inspection, or visual inspections.
- Sound knowledge of the IPC-A-610 standard.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Check materials and documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Use MES, SAP, and order documents to identify and trace orders.
- Independently conduct AOI inspections (Automated Optical Inspection).
- Perform microscopic visual inspection of SMT-assembled circuit boards.
- Analyze and assess solder joints and X-ray images according to IPC standards.
- Experience as an SMT operator.
- Knowledge of operating and setting up SIPLACE placement machines, EKRA printers, and other SMT production equipment.
- Experience using PARMI AOI systems.
- Soldering knowledge.
