  • 8 years industry or government experience in hydrographic surveying
  • 5 years' current experience using HYPACK software
  • Possess a current passport and valid driver’s license
  • Strong communications skills

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries for technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer support inquiries
  • Document customer cases and software issues
  • Write knowledge articles for customers
  • Travel to customer sites for installations and training
  • Prepare and submit field service reports
  • Provide after-hours support as required
