  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business integration, system migrations, or related roles
  • Familiarity with Business Applications such as Salesforce, Workday and Netsuite
  • Strong understanding of business processes, applications, and data management principles
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders from target companies and internal teams
  • Analyze business processes, applications, and data requirements to identify integration needs
  • Document detailed functional and technical requirements for system migrations and integrations
  • Collaborate with IT, System Owners and BPM to develop integration plans and timelines
  • Coordinate and manage integration project activities across multiple departments and teams
  • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer to internal teams
  • Identify and recommend technical process changes required to accommodate new users and companies within existing systems
  • Work closely with business analysts and process owners to streamline and optimize integrated processes
  • Ensure alignment between integrated processes and organizational goals and strategies
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders from both the acquired companies and internal teams
  • Provide regular status updates and manage expectations throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to system migrations and process changes
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the integration process
  • Create repeatable playbooks for how to approach and deliver successful migrations
