About the job
- Any range of experience is desirable; no required experience, degree, license, or language requirement is stated.
- Must understand and demonstrate proficiency in 340B rules and regulations.
- Must adhere to applicable legal rules, regulations, procedures governing pharmaceutical practice, and State Board of Pharmacy practices.
- Fill and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Verify, obtain, and maintain accurate patient demographic, allergy, insurance, and other required information, and enter data into the computer as required.
- Assist the pharmacist in maintaining an adequate drug inventory and quality control procedures.
- Prepare pharmacy work areas for daily activities and operations to meet patient and pharmacist needs.
- Perform various administrative functions as required.
- Perform responsibilities according to best practices in the field and reflect the mission and vision of Baldwin Family Health Care.
