Requirements
  • Experience managing production and social/digital is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • 4+ years relevant work experience; previous agency experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with account director to support integrated projects, proactively anticipate and solve problems, identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth, and ensure proper communications and team direction
  • Participates in a diverse and inclusive environment where each team member feels they can bring their best self and be respected and seen
  • Partner closely with Project Management to understand the timing, workflow, and project deliverables in order to manage client expectations and to anticipate team needs/client needs
  • Partner with project management to effectively manage resources and budgets
  • Be the primary point of contact for client counterpart and cross agency team in managing the daily activities for cross-channel initiatives and annual plans
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of the client’s brand, objectives, and operations to successfully accomplish deliverables that meet client expectations across the whole brand spectrum
  • Manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners active in the day-to-day execution of integrated projects, and manage up appropriately
  • Lead and uphold the conditions for constructive partner meetings, client reviews, and strategic partner engagements that inspire quality outputs and drive brand success
  • Apply independent, critical thinking and contribute ideas in cross-functional team settings across creative, strategy, media, PR, and production disciplines
  • Contribute to Barkley culture, growth, and success through participation in key agency forums and initiatives, department and agency-wide meetings, new business opportunities, etc.
