- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- The candidate must be comfortable working with diverse individuals and with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic maintenance knowledge, such as painting and fixture replacement, may be required based on property needs.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required based on property needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, including offices, model units, amenities, stairwells, breezeways, and entrances.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across common areas.
- Clean carpets, furniture, windows, and other surfaces to uphold community standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain organized, well-stocked supply areas.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents through light cleaning and touch-ups.
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly, follow safety procedures, and provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members.
- One to three years of experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping roles is preferred.
- Apartment industry experience is preferred.
