About the job
- Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes.
- Experience with basic computer functions.

- Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities; the dealership may provide one.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Set up and assemble all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and prepare equipment for delivery to customers.
- Assist the Service Manager and technicians in the efficient operation of the department.
- Clean, organize, and maintain the condition of the shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Assist service technicians as needed, including delivery of parts.
- Assist service technicians with repairing, servicing, and moving equipment.
- Account for billable time and assigned work orders.
- Complete thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and submit information on time.
- Participate in required Service EDUCATE training programs as needed for skill and knowledge development.
- Operate and maintain the vehicles, tools, and equipment required to perform job responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations when performing work assignments.
- An associate degree.
- A forklift license.
