Requirements
  • 12+ years in Product Marketing
  • Experience in hardware and software a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in people leadership
  • Must be a killer creative with ability to understand data
  • Experience working on applications offered in app stores
  • Experience with e-commerce and or fitness services a plus
  • Deep understanding of product analytics
  • Knowledge of reporting suites such as Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Develop positioning, pricing, and target audience strategies for hardware and app products
  • Understand current target audience and define future growth audiences
  • Communicate business plans to senior leadership
  • Provide feedback loop from consumer to product team
  • Design strategies to grow and retain Peloton hardware and app members
  • Ensure product launch moments align with holistic campaigns
  • Influence Content team on evolution of key content for App consumers
  • Test and optimize product merchandising and language for highest conversion
