  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and other technical support tools
Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to clients by resolving escalated and intricate technical issues concerning the PlayOn! Sports’ NFHS Network platform.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and technical problems in a timely manner within the ticketing system.
  • Keep clients informed of the status of their technical issues by providing regular updates and follow up with them to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support operations.
  • Provide feedback to the Support Manager and team to improve processes, tools, and customer service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date and informed about the latest product updates, procedures, and company policies to ensure equipped with necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to customers.
