A master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.
Must be licensed or license eligible for LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Second-year master's-level students may apply before graduation; offers may be made pending verification of the master's degree.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, couples, or family therapy through office-based, school-based, community-based, or telehealth services as appropriate to clients' clinical needs.
Attend case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings.
Maintain an assigned caseload and perform assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy.
Make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
Provide trainings and participate in the clinic staff training program as needed.
Be available as a consultant on clinical work issues.
Provide ongoing supervision to meet agency and licensing-body requirements.
Provide on-call triage to Behavioral Health Center clients on a rotating weekly schedule, from Tuesday at 5 p.m. to Tuesday at 9 a.m. on weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays.
Submit a biweekly timesheet.
Full-time clinicians working 40 hours are expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Clinician/Childrens Clinician to join our team providing outpatient treatment to individual/families of the Behavioral Health Center in office and/or outreach basis. Ideally we are looking for someone full time (40 hour per week) with a M-F 9-5 schedule, though some flexibility may be possible. The starting salary range for FT is $54,870 - $59,466 based on experience, education, certifications, and foreign language proficiency.
Duties and responsibilities:
Clinicians will provide therapy services - individual, group, couples or family. Services may be office based, school based, community based or via telehealth as appropriate for the clinical needs of the client.
Clinicians will attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings. Clinicians will be expected to maintain caseload as assigned to perform assessment, treatment, planning and ongoing psychotherapy.
Clinicians will make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
Clinicians may be called upon to provide trainings and to participate in the clinic staff training program, as well as being available as a consultant on clinical work issues.
Ongoing supervision will be provided to meet requirement of the agency and licensing bodies.
Clinicians will provide on-call triage to clients of FSA’s Behavioral Health Center on a rotating basis. Each on call shift is weekly, Tuesday to Tuesday from 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays. Clinicians are reimbursed at a rate week per on-call rotation week.
Clinicians will be required to submit a timesheet biweekly.
Full-time Clinicians receive 3 weeks Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays. Paid Time off must be used by June 30th of each fiscal year unless the clinician starts in the final quarter of the fiscal year. Such person will have until October 1st of the next fiscal year to take accrued PTO. Full-time clinicians working 40 hours will be expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.
Education and Experience:
Must have a Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.
