Elixirr delivers strong growth worldwide as AI revenues surge.

Elixirr delivers strong growth worldwide as AI revenues surge. 22 September 2026 Consultancy.uk UK-listed consultancy Elixirr has continued its strong growth in the first half of 2026 despite a slower consulting market, with revenue and profitability both up and the firm now nearly twice the size it was three years ago. In its half-year results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, the consulting firm reported record revenue of £89 million, up 25% on H1 2025, alongside further improvements in profitability. Elixirr's adjusted EBITDA increased 29% to £27.6 million, while its adjusted EBITDA margin edged up to 31%. Growth reflected a combination of continued progress in the existing business and the ongoing integration of recent acquisitions. TRC Advisory, the group's largest acquisition to date, achieved its full FY25 earn-out and significantly strengthened Elixirr's position in the US market, while Kvadrant added a first presence in the Nordics. Since its inception in 2009, Elixirr has acquired a total of nine boutique firms to grow the business, diversify its offerings and industry verticals, and expand into new geographies. Elixirr was quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2020 and listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025. "We set out to be the 'challenger consultancy' and do things differently from the large corporate consultancies dominating the industry: working openly and collaboratively with clients from start to finish, delivering outcomes based on innovative thinking, not methodology, and treating each client's business like their own," said Stephen Newton, Founder and CEO of Elixirr. "We have had another strong first half, with revenue up 25% and adjusted EBITDA up 29%, demonstrating continued profitable growth as we scale and invest in the business for our next phase of growth." Elixirr's in-demand AI offering. One of the growth engines within Elixirr is AI, a domain the firm has moved quickly to embrace and in which it now ranks among the leading players. "We have spent the last six years building the consulting, AI, data and technology capabilities to benefit from the AI shift," said Newton. The firm's financial results show that clients are increasingly turning to Elixirr for their AI transformations, with AI-related revenue up 185% to £8.1 million in the first half of the year. "The scale of the opportunity ahead is considerable. The conversation around AI is moving quickly from understanding what the technology can do to figuring out how to put it to work, and that plays directly to the combination of consulting, technology, data and AI expertise we have built." Looking ahead, Newton summarised: "We are continuing to invest in our partner team, bring our recent acquisitions fully into the group, and get more value from the capabilities, clients and geographies they have added. We have an ambitious team and a growth model that works, and we are making the decisions now that will set the business up for the years ahead." Headquartered in London, Elixirr has offices across the UK, France, Croatia, South Africa, the United States and Denmark, including in London, Paris, Zagreb, Cape Town, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle and Copenhagen.

Shares in Elixirr International drop despite earnings, sales progress. 21st Sep 2026 09:58 (Alliance News) - Elixirr International PLC on Monday reported a hefty increase in AI-driven sales as it reported double-digit growth in half-year sales and profit. The London-based consultancy said pretax profit rose 17% to GBP18.0 million in the six months ended June 30 from GBP15.4 million a year prior, with revenue up 25% to GBP89.0 million from GBP71.4 million. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation surged 29% to GBP27.6 million from GBP21.5 million at a margin of 31%, improved on-year from 30%. Adjusted diluted earnings per share grew 18% to 34.2 pence from 29.0p. Elixirr said it focused on higher value projects for clients delivering higher margin revenue in the first half of 2026 and reported continued strong growth in AI-related work, with AI-related revenue nearly trebled to GBP8.1 million from GBP2.8 million. "We have had another strong first half, with revenue up 25% and adjusted Ebitda up 29%, demonstrating continued profitable growth as we scale and invest in the business for our next phase of growth," Chief Executive Stephen Newton said. "AI is changing what our clients need from us." Free cash flow fell to GBP1.8 million from GBP7.9 million, which Elixirr attributed to the impact of legacy debtor terms in acquired businesses and the timing of tax payments. Looking ahead, Elixirr sees 2026 adjusted Ebitda "in line with market expectations" with revenue "broadly in line". Despite this, shares in Elixirr plummeted 12% to 550.00p each in London on Monday morning. Broker Peel Hunt downgraded its rating on Elixirr to 'reduce' from 'buy' and slashed its share price target to 570p from 1,100p. "With organic growth slowing and scale still modest relative to peers, we believe Elixirr's roll-up model carries greater execution risk than the market has previously priced in," the broker commented after the results. Elixirr launches Execution Edge to assure and accelerate the executive agenda.

Elixirr launches Execution Edge to assure and accelerate the executive agenda. July 29, 2026, 08:00 GMT The company's new capability combines decades of execution expertise with AI-enabled insights to help leadership teams turn strategic ambition into results. LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, July 29, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - Elixirr, the award-winning global challenger consultancy, announced the launch of Execution Edge, a new capability designed to help leadership teams assure and accelerate execution of the executive agenda. It addresses the challenge faced by boards and C-suite leaders at many of the world's largest organisations: strategy is rarely what fails, execution is. "Organisations do not struggle because they lack ambition or good ideas. They struggle when the conditions required for execution are not in place," says Dr Emiko Caerlewy-Smith, Partner at Elixirr and leader of Execution Edge. "Execution Edge helps leadership teams create those conditions, so they can assure and accelerate execution of the executive agenda and deliver measurable business results." As investments in transformation, AI and technology increase, ambition is outpacing what many organisations can deliver, widening the gap between the agenda a leadership team sets and the outcome it achieves. Execution Edge is built to close that gap, helping leadership teams strengthen accountability, accelerate decision-making and execute with greater speed, alignment and confidence. About Elixirr Elixirr is an award-winning global consulting firm working with clients across a diverse range of industries, markets and geographies. Elixirr was quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2020 and listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025. In addition to strong organic growth, Elixirr has acquired nine boutique firms - Den Creative, Coast Digital, The Retearn Group, iOLAP, Responsum, Insigniam, Hypothesis, TRC Advisory, Kvadrant Consulting - to grow the Group's capabilities, diversify the business, expand into new geographies and access new clients.
