As the Performance Marketing Manager at 7shifts, you’ll build, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across online channels, leveraging your expertise to drive demand and generate efficient revenue. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, you’ll get to unleash your creativity, managing a multi-million dollar budget to drive experimentation across our inbound funnel, helping attract qualified traffic and leads. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop campaigns tailored to our target audience and aligned with business goals, all while keeping a finger on the pulse to ensure our strategies are always on the cutting edge of marketing and technology.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, b2b marketplaces and other channels
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, uncovering insights and optimization opportunities, with the goal of continuously improving lead volume and revenue efficiency metrics
- Proactively develop new opportunities to build and nurture our audience at the top of funnel, working with Brand & Comms to tie content strategy to our media plan
- Collaborate with Web Growth to develop our landing page strategy, while continually a/b testing content and creative
- Work cross functionally with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, Brand, Product, and Sales to ensure the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Work with partners such as Google, Meta, Stackadapt, and other media vendors to stay updated on platform best practices, as well as identify and run campaigns with new, strategic media vendors
- Stay up-to-date in restaurant tech news, SaaS marketing and advertising trends
What you bring:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, preferably in SaaS
- Hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with $1m+ annual budgets
- Strong understanding of the software buying journey, with the ability to develop full funnel media campaigns that drive awareness through to acquisition
- A creative mindset - you have experience experimenting across targeting, ad creative and landing pages
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using data tools like GA4, Dreamdata, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Results oriented mindset - you pay special attention to KPIs like MQLs, CPLs, MRR, CAC, Payback, and more
It’d be even cooler if you had:
- Previous experience in the restaurant-tech industry
- Certifications in Google, Meta and/or Salesforce
