- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in concierge, guest services, or a luxury hospitality environment is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills in Hindi, French, Spanish, or Mandarin highly valued.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agra's attractions, cultural sites, dining establishments, and local services is required.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to conflict resolution are required.
- Provide exceptional guest services and personalized assistance to hotel guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Make restaurant reservations and provide dining recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, local tours, and sightseeing excursions.
- Offer local knowledge and recommendations for attractions, cultural sites, shopping, and entertainment venues in and around Agra.
- Handle special guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage concierge desk operations, including answering inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain detailed records of guest requests and preferences to ensure continuity of service.
- Coordinate with hotel departments and external vendors to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for guest celebrations and special occasions.
- Provide multilingual support where applicable to serve diverse international guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the hotel brand.
- Stay current with local events, weather conditions, and travel advisories to provide accurate information.
- Hospitality or customer service certification is preferred.
- Additional language skills in Hindi, French, Spanish, or Mandarin are highly valued.
