Responsibilities

Support customers with order and product inquiries.
Process returns.
Assist customers with product issues, including damage, warranty, and defect-related concerns.
Work with various vendors to support customers.
Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Maintain an organized workspace while multitasking.
Analyze and identify sales trends and provide customers with recommendations for continued sales growth.
Work within a team to complete tasks and achieve goals.
Review projects and tasks analytically to achieve the most optimal outcome.

Description

The Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Support is responsible for supporting our customer base. The responsibilities involve customer service related functions including assisting with order and product inquiries, processing returns, assisting customers with product issues such damages, warranties, and defect related concerns along with working with various vendors to assist in supporting our customers.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

9:00am - 6:00pm
