Three Link Solutions has launched ExpenseGuard, a Workday Marketplace app designed to detect expense report anomalies and analyse risk levels automatically. The app helps finance and audit teams identify high-risk expense reports by flagging potential mistakes or fraudulent activities across expense types, departments, and individuals. ExpenseGuard addresses asset misappropriation, the most common form of workplace fraud, which often involves expense report schemes. The app provides streamlined workflows for reviewing flagged transactions and dashboards for drilling into specific risk areas. "We developed ExpenseGuard as an additional safeguard against fraudulent activities or mistakes that can slip through the cracks," said Greg Knowlton, founding partner of Three Link Solutions. The app integrates with Workday Financial Management, helping customers reduce manual review cycles whilst improving audit readiness and expense approval accuracy.
EHS Insight has joined the Workday Partner Program to integrate its environmental, health and safety (EHS) management software with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). The integration automatically synchronises employee data, job roles and employment status changes from Workday into EHS Insight's platform. The connection enables organisations to streamline safety training assignments, maintain OSHA logs and improve compliance reporting without manual data entry. Multi-site manufacturers, energy providers and healthcare systems are already using the integration to align HR and safety operations. The partnership extends Workday's capabilities into operational safety and EHS compliance, particularly for high-risk industries including manufacturing, logistics, energy, maritime and construction. The integration also supports ESG and sustainability reporting by connecting facility-level environmental and safety data with workforce information.
EarnIn, a leading earnings management company, has partnered with Workday to integrate its services into Workday's Enhanced Direct Deposit Switching programme. The collaboration will provide employees across Workday's ecosystem — which serves over 11,500 organisations globally, including more than 65% of Fortune 500 companies — with access to EarnIn's financial tools. The integration uses new API technology to streamline the enrollment process, eliminating manual entry of banking details. Employees who sign up through Workday's system can access various EarnIn services, including early pay and credit monitoring features. The service will become available to employees of Workday payroll customers from 1 October 2026. EarnIn founder and CEO Ram Palaniappan described the partnership as bringing earnings management tools directly into systems employees use daily.
Workday has launched Workday Learning, powered by Sana, combining its HR data platform with AI-native learning capabilities. The solution offers personalised AI tutoring, interactive course creation, and automated learning operations for enterprise clients. The platform features an AI tutor that provides role-specific guidance, answering employee questions in natural language and recommending personalised learning paths based on Workday HCM data including role, skills, and location. Smart search allows employees to find specific answers rather than navigating through generic courses. For content creators, the system converts existing materials into interactive courses in minutes, with organisations reporting up to 98% reduction in content creation time. Built-in translation supports dozens of languages for global deployment. Learning administrators gain automated assignment management and integrated reporting that connects training data with outcomes like skills development and retention. The solution is now available globally for Workday HCM customers.
