  • Experience in the collections process, financial knowledge, and portfolio administration.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and databases/spreadsheets.
  • Basic financial knowledge, including calculating interest and percentages.
  • Knowledge of Mexico City and the State of Mexico, including their zoning.
  • Knowledge of collection techniques and objection handling.
  • Completed high school education.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the portfolio of delinquent accounts while protecting the profitability of solutions.
  • Negotiate with customers to resolve their credit accounts in accordance with regulations, procedures, and policies.
  • Meet the institution's established recovery targets.
  • Generate necessary reports on the results of collection activities.
  • Optimize the workday through home visits and administrative tasks that support meeting targets.
  • Visit 100% of the assigned portfolio and manage the cost of solutions.
  • Meet performance metrics.
  • Ensure that 100% of the assigned portfolio is managed.
Desired Qualifications
  • A completed or in-progress bachelor's-level degree.
