- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or founders, or working in technology or artificial intelligence startups.
- Strong capability to review legal and contract documents, identify operational gaps, and manage contract lifecycles.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and high accountability.
- Advanced workspace-management experience with Notion.
- Experience using Stripe for invoicing and billing.
- Ability to create high-level business decks using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
- Ability to use contract and legal document review tools.
- USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM.
- Primary cable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- Manage the inbox and drive professional correspondence with C-suite executives from major global technology partners.
- Oversee complex scheduling and follow up on business deals to keep the pipeline moving.
- Review contracts and legal documents, identify operational gaps, follow up on deals, and assist with closing contracts.
- Manage invoices, billing processes, and basic workflows through Stripe.
- Create high-quality business presentations and decks.
- Organize company workflows using Notion.
- Maintain a proactive communication loop and respond within minutes during Eastern Time working hours.
