  • Minimum of 3+ years in enterprise Sales/Solutions Engineering
  • Proven success in selling SaaS technology to large enterprises; experience in financial services is a plus
  • Technically proficient with a deep understanding of key technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with SIP/Telephony, configuring SIP endpoints, troubleshooting VoIP network issues, and implementing call routing protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain comprehensive data management across systems
  • Experience in a deadline-driven environment with a high emphasis on quality
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Passion for new technologies and sales process, knowledge of industry trends
  • Autonomous and driven, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Act as a product authority during sales interactions
  • Engage in a fast-paced and evolving sales environment
  • Serve as a technical thought leader in pre-sales activities
  • Manage and execute prospect pilots and proofs of concept (POCs)
  • Channel prospect and customer feedback to internal teams
  • Conduct risk analysis for sales opportunities and provide solutions
  • Lead project management efforts for implementations
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration on large projects
