Production Line Leader 2nd shift

Description

Hayward Labs is looking for a Production Line Lead with supervisor experience; you'll be responsible for the setup and startup of the line at the beginning of the day. Starting pay is 18.00 and you'll be trained to perform all essential functions of a Line Worker. 

 • The Line leader is required to check the daily schedule to verify their line assignments.  

 • The Line leader is to read their work orders to assure they know what is expected for the job assembly.  The employee will utilize the “before startup checklist” sheet to ensure accuracy of components, code, equipment, etc. and to assure an efficient startup. 

 • The line leader will assure staffing on the line meets the product standard and employees are placed in the proper positions. 

 • Line leaders will instruct all employees as to the task to be performed.  

Requirements

 • The employee must have the ability to comprehend and carry out reasonable instructions from the supervisor and/or department manager pertaining mainly, but not limited to, training issues.   

 • Employee is to assure that complete cleanliness of the line is achieved by the end of their shift.  

 • In the course of performing their job the employee will be required to attend two (2) safety meetings monthly.  They will follow all safety and cGMP requirements of the facility and ensure all Personal Protection Equipment is used dependent on the job at all times.
