- Secondary vocational education with a technical orientation.

- Weld steel structures using the MIG/MAG process in accordance with drawings, standards, and welding technology to meet product quality requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and clean the workplace and tools, and act in accordance with Palfinger values and code of conduct.
- Follow occupational health and safety rules.
- Operate electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools and equipment.
- Participate in training and development needed to perform the job.
- A welder qualification certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
