We’re building the world’s first seafood trading platform dedicated to connecting seafood processors with wholesalers.
We want to eradicate the fragmented processes and volatility that plague the industry & get seafood flowing more efficiently through the supply chain. As a perishable product, increased speed means longer shelf life and, ultimately, less waste.

The Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our commercial team on a 12-month FTC. You will drive sales and retention for a portfolio of accounts. Our buyers (wholesale businesses) use our software to compare offers and buy seafood. Your role is to ensure they go from new customers to established accounts who purchase from the platform daily.
What will you be doing day to day?
Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customers: Build strong relationships with buyers through daily contact, ensuring retention and growth by deeply understanding their needs and challenges.
Facilitate seamless product matching: Align offers with buyer needs, ensuring they get the right products at the right time, price, and offer, helping customers get the best results from our platform.
Drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth: Track and improve GMV performance across your accounts, achieving or exceeding weekly targets and boosting customer purchasing activity.
Maximise buyer engagement: Monitor and increase buyer engagement through regular, successful contact, ensuring a high percentage of active portfolio accounts each week.

You love working at pace and achieving rapid results. You enjoy using metrics to track your progress, constantly pushing to exceed daily and weekly sales targets. Our customers trade daily; our job is to ensure they get value from our platform, which means they trade more frequently through us.
