- Strong proficiency with hands-on metrology tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing in accordance with ANSI Y14.5.

- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on aerospace parts and assemblies.
- Interpret and inspect to engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and work instructions.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with AS9100 requirements.
- Initiate nonconformance reports and support root-cause and corrective-action activities.
- Verify supplier-provided materials and components against receiving requirements.
- Ensure product traceability and proper use of documentation and traveler packets.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain quality and compliance.
- At least 2 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace, precision machining, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and general aerospace quality processes.
- Experience with coordinate measuring machine programming or operation, including PC-DMIS, Zeiss, or similar systems.
- Experience with first article inspection and AS9102 documentation.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
- AS9100, ISO 9001, and/or internal audit experience.
- Gage and tool calibration experience.
