  • Six months of prior experience in sales, promotion, or brand advocacy is required.

  • Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
  • Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.
  • May be required to lift, carry, and move boxes, equipment, and furniture.
  • May be required to push and pull carts and pallets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, solve problems, and maintain poise and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail team environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or non-standard shifts.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong personal relationships.
  • Ability to engage consumers and demonstrate client products.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed market sales targets through communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Identify and nurture sales opportunities by approaching customers and converting interest into purchases.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Engage customers, listen to their needs, and tailor product recommendations.
  • Create positive customer experiences that foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Recommend Samsung product solutions aligned with customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop knowledge of Samsung’s Home Entertainment product line, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Schedule and facilitate sales and product training for frontline store associates and managers.
  • Maintain current knowledge of promotional campaigns, discounts, and exclusive offers.
  • Complete assigned merchandising projects within required timelines and priorities.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Submit competitive insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Implement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays across the market.
  • Implement merchandising plans in collaboration with retail partners.
  • Communicate merchandising challenges and opportunities to leadership.
  • Gather and analyze competitor merchandising strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and weekly in-store time goals.
  • Achieve prescribed training targets.
  • Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
  • Execute sales activities inside each location during visits.
  • Establish, maintain, and influence relationships with merchant store and district leadership.
  • Record and maintain documentation for each visit.
