  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate
  • 2+ years of experience with loan asset management
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate
  • 3+ years of GSE experience (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) or CMBS experience
Responsibilities
  • Oversee progress on a variety of collateral restoration projects with heightened risk, which are monitored by the Risk Mitigation team.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce risk associated with collateral restoration, with escalation to senior leadership as necessary.
  • Work with key stakeholders to set expectations which ensure compliance with all loan documents and Agency guidance.
  • Monitor scope of work and budget details.
  • Manage release of funds through review and approval of periodic draw requests.
  • Ensure all Agency reporting requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process updates to aid in promoting accuracy and efficiency
  • Work closely with fellow associates to promote transparency and communication
  • Aid in training and managing of junior staff
  • Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements
