  • Define and drive improvements in key infrastructure components for conversational AI development, training, deployment, and scaling.
  • Enable solutions from development to production, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and reliable and integrate well with our machine learning team.

Infinitus.ai automates business-to-business conversations in the healthcare sector using artificial intelligence. Its main product is a digital assistant named Eva, which handles administrative tasks like benefit verification, prior authorization, and prescription savings calls for healthcare providers, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), and pharmacies. Eva learns from each call and stays updated with guidelines on over 1000 therapies and procedures, allowing it to perform tasks accurately and efficiently. Infinitus.ai differentiates itself from competitors by providing a platform that completes tasks approximately 30% faster and with 10% higher quality than human operators.
