Job Specifics:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our HR Team! This role will focus on talent acquisition, new hire training, and Employee benefits administration, but will offer support in a variety of HR functions as well. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who is passionate about enhancing both candidate and employee experience while helping build upon our team culture of community and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
• Coordinate with job candidates during the interview process, maintaining an excellent experience for all parties.
• Conduct new hire Orientation days and schedule training during onboarding.
• Maintain, develop, and improve our new hire training systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and renewals of health, dental, and vision insurance.
  Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Assist with annual open enrollment processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders and insurance carriers.
• Offer support with benefits audits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Support with office events and parties.
• Assist in preparing and facilitating weekly All Team communication meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources 
• Building healthy culture and community
• Warm, welcoming personality

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• SHRM certification preferred
• Health & Life Insurance License - Bonus

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
