Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Coordinate with job candidates during the interview process, maintaining an excellent experience for all parties.
  • Conduct new hire Orientation days and schedule training during onboarding.
  • Maintain, develop, and improve our new hire training systems.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and renewals of health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders and insurance carriers.
  • Offer support with benefits audits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Support with office events and parties.
  • Assist in preparing and facilitating weekly All Team communication meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Health & Life Insurance License - Bonus
