Responsibilities
  • Support clients in organizing their arrival and tailored stays at the company’s destinations.
  • Prepare quotes for services and experiences before and during client stays.
  • Ensure each stay runs smoothly.
  • Prepare client schedules.
  • Monitor support provided by local teams.
  • Ensure clients receive a personalized welcome.
  • Manage relationships with existing local partners in the destinations.
  • Expand the network of partners and experience offerings in existing destinations.
  • Help develop and open new destinations.
  • Write destination, service, and experience guides and catalogs in multiple languages.
  • Manage invoicing for clients and service providers.
  • Develop communication materials.
  • Contribute to improving existing processes and support the implementation of new tools.
  • Work on Saturdays and Sundays on a rotation with the on-site team, particularly during the high season; overtime may be taken back.
