About the job
- The candidate must be a student in hospitality and catering at BAC+1/+2 level.
- The candidate must speak English.
- The candidate must apply hygiene rules.
- The candidate must be eligible for an apprenticeship.
- Direct, supervise, coordinate, and control the work of personnel responsible for cleaning and maintaining the establishment, including room attendants, utility staff, and linen staff.
- Check the cleanliness and arrangement of guest rooms and common areas, including corridors and stairways, and check the maintenance of installations and furniture.
- Check the condition of equipment, including carts, vacuum cleaners, cleaning products, tools, linen, and work clothing, and be responsible for it.
- A second language would be an advantage.
- A good presentation and discretion are desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit are desirable.
