Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Four (4) years of progressive experience administering one or more Human Resource Information System (HRIS) such as SAP Success Factors and Workday.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in lieu of education requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Supports and maintains two or more modules of the organizations Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday.
  • Collaborates with functional stakeholders and leaders to advise on opportunities to leverage Workday to meet organizational needs.
  • Monitors system performance and collaborates with technical staff to coordinate complex configuration and testing requirements.
  • Writes, maintains and supports a broad range of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools including Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
  • Maintains and updates established user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • Drives the development and improvement of business processes by collecting and analyzing business requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong preference for Workday administration experience, in particular the administration of its Security, HCM, Compensation, and/or Payroll features.
