Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience at an established beauty company or integrated communications/talent agency, managing accounts.
  • A proven track record of effective and efficient communication and process creation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Glossier’s integrated communications strategy and campaigns for new product launches in alignment with CFX partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging that drives awareness, advocacy, and relevance and protects brand equity.
  • Develop communications plans for all new and evergreen brand moments in partnership with Global Brand Marketing and in alignment with the Senior Leadership Team to elevate and advance the overall brand narrative goals and business strategy.
  • Partner with Product Development and Brand Product Marketing to build and accelerate Glossier’s credibility as a beauty authority, including Makeup Artist and Skincare Ambassador identification and management.
  • Lead the organic advocacy strategy, develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders, and amplify the company’s message and drive product trial.
  • Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials to generate positive media coverage for new product launches and other brand initiatives and key moments.
  • Manage international communications agencies and freelancers needed to accelerate and protect brand narratives and equity in new and existing markets.
  • Lead reputational management and crisis communications in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Position C-suite executives as industry thought leaders through targeted keynote opportunities, podcast appearances, and industry panel features.
  • Oversee the end-to-end global influencer strategy, aligning creator partnerships with brand objectives, product launches, and revenue targets, and tailoring global playbooks for local nuances across key regions.
  • Oversee large-scale, multi-region campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels from briefing through post-campaign analysis.
  • Oversee negotiation, legal contracting, and relationship management for high-tier global talent, talent agencies, and long-term brand ambassadors.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media, Product, and E-commerce teams to ensure 360-degree integration of influencer content.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Retail to build the cultural and earned strategy for Glossier’s flagship stores, identifying talent, partnerships, programming, and community moments that establish the stores as cultural destinations and generate sustained conversation beyond traditional retail.
  • Allocate and manage global budgets and establish clear reporting frameworks.
  • Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators to enable consistent reporting on progress and success, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and relevance related to earned media.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports by setting clear performance targets, establishing individual growth plans, and fostering a culture of ownership.

WHOOP names Kyle Leahy Chief Commercial Officer to lead global expansion. Published. August 21, 2026 WHOOP has appointed former Glossier Chief Executive Officer Kyle Leahy as Chief Commercial Officer. She will oversee the wearable health company's global wholesale and retail operations, partnerships, enterprise business, and healthcare go-to-market strategy as WHOOP expands beyond direct-to-consumer sales. Leahy most recently led Glossier's move from an online-focused beauty brand into an omnichannel business, including its retail launch through Sephora, and brought the company to profitability. She previously spent nearly a decade at Cole Haan, where she managed its $1 billion North American business across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale. Leahy also serves on the board of L.L.Bean. Her appointment follows several years of growth for WHOOP. The company recently surpassed three million members across 56 countries, while its international membership has grown more than elevenfold since January 2023. WHOOP said its wholesale business grew more than 150% year over year in 2025, marking the third consecutive year at that rate. "Kyle has a proven track record of leading strong brands through rapid growth," said WHOOP Founder and Chief Executive Officer Will Ahmed.
