About the job

Requirements
  • Experience working in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, technical programme delivery, or a similar role, taking problems from initial requirements through structured execution.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams, particularly with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, or Commercial stakeholders, and turn complex or ambiguous requirements into clear actions and priorities.
  • Strong product thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to understand trade-offs, use data to support decisions, and prioritise work based on business and customer impact.
  • Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure, with motivation to deepen understanding of blockchain networks, liquidity, exchanges, custody, wallets, and digital-asset infrastructure.
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day product execution across Crypto Asset Management initiatives, translating business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, project plans, and delivery milestones.
  • Support integrations with new liquidity sources, including centralised exchanges, over-the-counter trading desks, and decentralised services, to expand the liquidity network and improve sourcing efficiency, reliability, and execution.
  • Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Commercial, and other Product teams, tracking dependencies, decisions, risks, and requirements through delivery.
  • Support the setup and evolution of technical infrastructure for wallets, gas sponsorship, transaction broadcasting, and other on-chain infrastructure services, translating requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Support roadmap development and prioritisation using data, commercial value, operational requirements, customer impact, risk, and engineering constraints.
  • Contribute to the evolution of liquidity and asset-management infrastructure, including custody and wallet capabilities, liquidity routing, best execution, settlement efficiency, monitoring, and risk-management tooling.
  • Use data to evaluate product performance and opportunities, identifying friction, operational inefficiencies, and areas where product and infrastructure improvements can create measurable value.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous exposure to crypto or fintech infrastructure, particularly liquidity management, exchange or over-the-counter integrations, stablecoins, custody, wallets, or decentralised finance protocols.
  • Familiarity with regulated financial products, crypto compliance requirements, blockchain infrastructure, or products handling high-value financial transactions.

MoonPay hires ex-Navan interim CFO Anne Giviskos as it scales after $45B DFlow deal

MoonPay has named Anne Giviskos as chief financial officer. She was most recently interim CFO and chief accounting officer at business travel and expense platform Navan.
