Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product strategy, marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in developing and executing global product strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Support product development throughout its lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in championing consumer, product, and competitive insights through research and analysis.
  • Contribute to integrated 4P marketing plans and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including earned media, pricing and incentives, distribution, communications, and product packaging.
  • Help develop target audience, product positioning, and key messages; support enterprise communication strategies.
  • Assist in approving marketing content and messaging focused on consumer insights and segment trends (RFP, Research, USPs).
  • Partner with product, engineering, and design teams for portfolio execution.
  • Engage with sales teams to achieve business goals and interface with the dealer network.
  • Assist in product information efforts.
  • Contribute to strategic product lifecycle plans, including developing and executing positioning, product launches, go-to-market plans, and initiatives to optimize sales.
  • Understand the customer, competition, and segment dynamics, identifying market trends and appropriate packaging for next-generation products.
  • Support product launches for current and future programs.
  • Assist in product marketing initiatives to optimize product engagement and sales.
  • Provide input on creative work in terms of scope, key messages, and customer target.
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for the customer journey, a consumer-first mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing channels to support the implementation of strategies and executions that effectively reach across many different mediums.
