Requirements
  • Native-level German and very good professional English skills.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in content, communications, product marketing, brand content, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience writing for a B2B audience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, finance, accounting, or another complex or regulated environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex information and develop clear, relevant, and compelling stories.
  • Strong editorial judgment regarding what a message needs and what should be omitted.
  • Ability to structure, prioritize, and advance multiple topics and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales, Growth, and Events teams.
  • Ability to create clarity, ask the right questions, and act without requiring a perfect brief.
  • Careful, quality-focused working style while maintaining speed and pragmatism.
Responsibilities
  • Develop the LinkedIn content and editorial calendar for Germany and define relevant content pillars around the product, electronic invoicing, market trends, and related topics.
  • Develop case studies and customer stories in video and written formats and establish a structured repurposing approach.
  • Create lead magnets, guides, articles, and other formats for tax advisory firms and small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Build the German newsletter and develop relevant topics and formats.
  • Support the development and production of the podcast.
  • Adapt successful international content for Germany to fit the market, audience, and cultural context rather than simply translating it.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales to develop content about product releases, launches, and relevant market topics.
  • Turn complex product, regulatory, and accounting topics into content that is easy to understand and engaging to read.
  • Develop sales-enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, product stories, and other assets that support the Sales team.
  • Translate recurring questions, objections, and audience needs into reusable content.
  • Develop content for events, webinars, and conferences, including social posts, emails, presentations, event pages, and on-site materials.
  • Support communication before, during, and after events and ensure a consistent brand presence.
  • Establish clear content processes and editorial plans with the German and international teams.
  • Coordinate designers, freelancers, agencies, and other external partners as needed.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools for research, drafting, repurposing, and localization while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand voice.
  • Analyze which topics and formats perform well and continuously improve the content.
