About the company

Ballard House is an ecommerce consultancy that focuses on growing brands by working with the people behind them. It partners with the individuals running brands, not just the brands themselves, to provide services like advertising management, brand protection, and customer service. The work is done through long-term partnerships, with guidance and execution across years two through twenty, supported by a team of skilled professionals who collaborate closely with clients. Revenue comes from consultancy fees and value-added services tied to the client’s growth and return on investment. The company differentiates itself by its people-centered approach and ongoing, collaborative relationship model, rather than one-off projects. Its goal is to help ecommerce brands reach more customers and increase profitability by aligning brand voice, advertising, protection, and service under sustained partnership.
