Requirements

A mix of public accounting experience at a Big Four firm, national firm, or in private industry is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
A Certified Public Accountant license is strongly preferred.
Strong accounting skills are required.
The ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment is required.
The ability to travel is required.

Responsibilities

Provide audit preparation and support services.
Provide financial reporting assistance and support.
Provide accounting support, including implementation assistance with new accounting pronouncements and financial restatements.
Prepare and support Securities and Exchange Commission filings related to initial public offerings, debt offerings, and acquisitions.
Provide Sarbanes-Oxley assistance, including Section 404 scoping, documentation, and testing.

Desired Qualifications

A Certified Public Accountant license is strongly preferred.

We are looking for professionals Consultants experienced in the following areas:

audit preparation and support services
financial reporting assistance and support
accounting support, including implementation assistance with new accounting pronouncements and financial restatements
SEC filings related to IPOs, debtofferingsand acquisitions
Sarbanes-Oxley assistance, including 404 scoping, documentation and testing

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

A mix of public accounting experience at a Big 4/National Firm/Private Industry
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA license - strongly preferred
Outstanding client service skills with a “can do" positive attitude
Ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever changing environment
Strong accounting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment
Ability to travel

Location:

Our office is in located in Woodland Hills, but the location of our work is based on client locations primarily throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
