Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily marketing activities and ensure consistent execution across multiple locations and acquired companies.
  • Partner with external marketing agencies and vendors to coordinate deliverables, timelines, priorities, and execution.
  • Create, update, and maintain product brochures, presentations, customer collateral, case studies, sell sheets, and company communications.
  • Support brand alignment across multiple companies by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
  • Assist with marketing integration efforts during acquisitions, including updating collateral, websites, branding, communication materials, and customer-facing content.
  • Maintain and improve company websites so content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the social media presence, including content calendars, company updates, employee and customer highlights, and industry-related messaging.
  • Coordinate photography, videos, facility content, project highlights, and other materials showcasing company capabilities.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, conferences, and other business development activities.
  • Partner with Sales teams to understand customer needs and create tools supporting growth initiatives.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept through completion while coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Track marketing activities, results, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish basic marketing processes, templates, standards, and organization as the function grows.
