- At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in person at the assigned retail store.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably and punctually.
- Comfort engaging customers and recommending, upselling, and cross-selling products and services in a fast-paced retail store environment.
- Proactively engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
- Sell mobile, internet, cable, television, and related support services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service packages.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
- Provide a positive, professional, solution-focused customer experience.
- Build customer relationships and foster long-term brand loyalty.
- Maintain customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score goals.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
- Customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales is described as best suited to the role.
