Senior Frontend Infrastructure Engineer - Core Team

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend infrastructure, including frameworks, tools, and libraries, to ensure high performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Work closely with product and R&D teams to understand requirements, influence technical decisions, and ensure infrastructure solutions align with real product needs.
• Serve as a senior technical authority in the frontend domain, leading by example through high-quality architecture, code, and best practices.
• Identify and implement improvements to the frontend development experience, including automation, developer tooling, code reuse, and performance optimizations.
• Take part in architectural discussions and help shape frontend standards and conventions across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with modern frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply them pragmatically to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct code reviews with a strong focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend infrastructure issues in collaboration with other engineers and infrastructure teams.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a strong focus on frontend infrastructure, tooling, or architecture.
• Deep proficiency in React and a solid understanding of its ecosystem and core principles.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and frontend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Rspack, Vite).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing strategies, and design patterns.
• Proven ability to independently analyze complex technical challenges and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience building or evolving frontend infrastructure or design systems in a SaaS product at scale.
• Experience working closely with platform, infrastructure, or developer-experience teams.
• Strong background in frontend performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Vue or React architectures and component systems is considered valuable.
