Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental Engineering or Electrochemistry
  • 2+ years experience in a related position involving the development and characterization of electrochemical products
  • Understanding of water treatment technologies and products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software
  • Experience with electro-membrane separation technologies, electrocatalytic reactions, and the use of electrochemical technologies for the removal of specific contaminants in water
  • Project management experience and working in an interdisciplinary team preferred
  • Experience with creation/use of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Safety-first mindset, ability to follow all safety rules and wear all required safety equipment (PPE)
  • General water filtration experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop test plans, drive testing execution, analyze, document results and report out to management
  • Lead and guide technician(s) priority, workload, technical understanding
  • Learn critical market drivers/needs and understand product applications
  • Manage projects or sub projects including timelines and budgets and work in an interdisciplinary team
  • Lead product troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Analyze water samples in house using tools and equipment
  • Effectively presents and explains engineering concepts both orally and in writing
