Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits for US and Global programs
  • Communicate the details of the organization’s benefits programs to employees
  • Respond to employee benefit inquiries
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for new hires, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment
  • Generate standard reports and audit benefits deductions
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, and benefits vendors
  • Support the annual Open Enrollment process
  • Conduct new hire benefits orientations
  • Assist in implementing new benefits plans, programs, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll on leave of absence cases
  • Assist the Benefits Manager with other duties and/or special projects as assigned
