Responsibilities
  • Maintains the ‘master’ list of initiatives, OKRs, TT and ETB commitments to be monitored at the portfolio level for planning and delivery health, including EWI, DWIs and SIPP initiatives
  • Partners with Product and Technical Program Managers in identifying, drafting, measuring and tracking portfolio-level Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) while providing updates to leadership on a regular cadence
  • Drives processes for monitoring and change management most effectively for Retail Tech and Product leaders
  • Identify areas for innovation and continuous process improvements and subsequently drives the prioritization and implementation of those changes
  • Leads special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross functional teams
  • Uses common tools and processes, to inform the delivery objectives across Tech
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done
  • Effectively applying project management methodology and standards, and ensuring project documents are complete and up to date
  • Displaying cross-functional teamwork, communication, negotiation and leading across all levels
  • Partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Working with cross functional teams and influencing others to work toward common goal, regardless of resource and time constraints
