Requirements
  • At least 5 years of successful Strategic SaaS Sales management experience
  • Experience leading teams focused on selling to the Fortune 1000 (or AmLaw 200)
  • Deep understanding of how to navigate complex organizations and sales cycles
  • Executive presence and experience serving as an executive sponsor for C-level relationships
  • Passion for team-building and coaching
  • Track record of exceeding quarterly and annual team quotas through AE skill development
  • Ability to use data to reflect on past performance and inform future strategy
  • Proficient in using Salesforce for analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and flexible time management

Responsibilities
  • Gain a deeper understanding of Everlaw’s software, customers, and sales processes through training and experience
  • Develop product knowledge through Everlaw’s Product certification
  • Establish yourself as a leader in Everlaw’s sales organization
  • Develop growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to engage new markets
  • Analyze the lead pipeline to forecast market trends and assist in driving the sales cycle
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, and Chorus to report on key KPIs in both won and lost opportunities
  • Build, manage, and grow your Account Executive team
  • Provide ongoing coaching that supports growth toward operational standards
