Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
  • At least 1 year of experience in analysis
  • Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity
  • Strong technical and data skills: A good understanding of our Card database infrastructure and prior coding background (i.e. SQL, Python, RStudio, etc.)
  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to address high-leverage, high-visibility challenges throughout our Card business.
  • Present to senior management on learnings, opportunities, and proposed solutions.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
  • Work closely with partners across Card to understand and address challenges across tech, credit, operations, and more.
  • Invest in the development of peer analysts in your org, helping them to develop as storytellers, analysts, and business leaders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in market research
  • 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting
