About the job
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in workplace computing.
- Strong expertise in Windows environments and their administration.
- Proficiency with Intune and/or SCCM in production environments.
- Very strong proficiency in PowerShell and automation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Experience with security, compliance, and endpoint fleet management issues.
- Ability to handle complex subjects and provide genuine technical expertise.
- Autonomy, analytical thinking, and the ability to make proactive recommendations.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to support technical teams and users.
- Act as the technical reference for workplace computing issues.
- Design, evolve, and maintain workplace computing architectures.
- Define and enforce technical standards for the endpoint fleet.
- Lead Digital Workplace transformation and modernization projects.
- Industrialize endpoint deployments and fleet administration operations.
- Administer and evolve Microsoft Intune and SCCM / Configuration Manager solutions.
- Define application deployment, update, patch management, and compliance strategies.
- Participate in endpoint security and implementation of security policies.
- Analyze and resolve complex N3 / expert-level incidents.
- Support technical teams in resolving complex issues.
- Conduct technical studies, impact analyses, and architecture recommendations.
- Automate operations using PowerShell.
- Monitor technology developments and propose workplace computing improvements.
- Write technical documentation, procedures, and standards.
- Experience in workplace computing architecture or transformation.
