Requirements
  • Current license or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
  • Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
  • Current automobile liability insurance in accordance with agency policy.
  • Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Colorado Springs, Colorado before starting work.
Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Develop continued referral sources for NTSOC.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for documentation, supervision, and billing, and participate in speech-language pathology audits by sharing audit information.
  • Fulfill all requirements of the Speech-Language Pathologist job description as a practicing clinician.
  • Provide supervision for clinical fellows, students, or volunteers when qualified.
  • Support the director of rehabilitation in public speaking or community education programs concerning therapy issues in children and adolescents.
  • Keep informed about new medical research and treatment modalities in speech-language pathology and encourage others to do the same.
  • Ensure the highest quality of speech-language pathology services for NTSOC clients.
