Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with and building integrations for Workday HCM and Finance systems.
- Expertise building and maintaining inbound and outbound Workday HCM and Finance integrations with third-party payroll, banking, and benefits vendors.
- Ability to lead technical work through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong Workday integration skills using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builders, web services, and Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces.
- Experience designing, building, and testing Workday reports in functional areas including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Finance.
- Strong report-writing skills across Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, and Dashboard report types.
- Strong experience building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
- Ability to partner with business, HRIS, and Finance teams at technical and non-technical levels.
- Analytical ability to solve system issues and understand system interdependencies.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and support testing from development through post-production support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and adapt when priorities change.
- Minimum of two end-to-end Workday implementation experiences.
- Ability to design and develop Workday Studio integrations.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, service-oriented architecture, and web service technologies.
- Experience with XML and XSLT.
- Experience integrating applications through SOAP and REST web service APIs.
- Understanding of networking and security concepts as they relate to data integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound Workday HCM and Finance integrations with third-party vendors.
- Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy technical integration solutions.
- Design, build, and test Workday functional reports.
- Build and maintain Workday calculated fields.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Support testing from development through post-production.
Desired Qualifications
