Requirements
  • Progress toward a bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, health administration, health policy, or a related major.
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Permanent, ongoing U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work Monday, June 7th through Friday, August 13th in Summer 2027, with no alternate dates.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data, including cost projections and evaluations.
  • Support the Request for Proposal process on behalf of clients.
  • Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs, identifying suitable approaches, and supporting implementation strategies.
  • Model employee benefit contributions to help meet employer objectives.
  • Help prepare client deliverables and communications, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks of employers’ health and benefits plans.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in developing new skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
