Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in web application development and an eagerness to learn new skills
  • 2+ years of experience with one or more mainstream strongly-typed, compiled programming languages such as Go, Java, C#, or C++
  • Experience with a version control system like GitHub including code review processes
  • B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, or similarly technical field preferred
  • Experience developing RESTful, resource-oriented APIs as distributed systems using gRPC and Go
  • Experience building large scale data processing pipelines using SQL or Spark with a data warehousing product like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Experience with monorepo development strategies and the Bazel build system
  • Experience with cloud deployment of distributed systems on AWS using Kubernetes
  • Experience working on a distributed team using asynchronous communication and project management strategies
Responsibilities
  • building the APIs that empower our clients to create comprehensive media plans for advertising campaigns that drive efficient outcomes on the VideoAmp platform in a user-friendly and scalable way
  • work with our Data Science, Measurement, and Engineering Services teams to ensure that our methodologies are rigorous and best-in-class
  • ensure that our data pipelines are correct and reliable
  • ensure that our APIs are responsive and highly available
