  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2-3 years of work experience in management consulting
  • Extensive experience conducting quantitative analyses, synthesizing insights, and effectively communicating to relevant stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Comfortable working and communicating with employees at senior levels of the organization, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and other senior leaders.
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to independently create and drive workstreams in a fast-paced, startup environment
Responsibilities
  • Identify areas of strategic interest and fill gaps in knowledge base by developing and launching surveys
  • Bring the customer's voice to life by analyzing and combining qualitative and quantitative data sources to create a cohesive narrative around customer demographics and purchasing drivers
  • Deep dive into industry trends through market research across categories, channels and competitors to inform current and future strategies
  • Build business cases for strategic projects including cost-benefit analyses and execution plans
  • Assess market landscape including channel characteristics and competitor positioning to inform future strategy
  • Provide analytical rigor and strategic support to cross-functional projects, working closely with Innovation, Product, Tech, CX, Operations and Marketing teams
