Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting senior business leaders such as operations or consulting
  • Possession of Advanced Anaplan Model Builder certifications or equivalent expertise required
  • Experience in Go-To-Market headcount planning, quota management, commissions planning, and/or sales territory management
  • Excel & Google Sheets Skills for ad hoc analyses and reporting
  • Salesforce skills and Salesforce reporting is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, intellectually curious, and able to scale steep learning curves quickly
Responsibilities
  • Develop Anaplan models to streamline and accelerate GTM Operations planning in multiple areas including Territory & Quota management
  • Collaborate closely with Sr. Leaders to identify opportunities for enhanced operational and planning efficiency
  • Drive the development and execution of implementation strategies ensuring the successful deployment of Anaplan solutions
  • Contribute to the development of territory and quota setting methodologies, ensuring alignment between sales incentive plans and company goals
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership to define performance measures and establish effective performance management programs
  • Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion
